• CLEANING SUPPLIES  (disinfectant, furniture polish, glass cleaner)
• LAUNDRY SUPPLIES   (detergent, bleach, starch, dryer sheets)
• MAKEUP
• WOMENS AND CHILDRENS UNDERGARMENTS(bras, socks, panties, underware, in all sizes)
• PERSONAL HYGIENE (tampons, kotex, shampoo, hairspray, deodrant, etc...)
• SMALL APPLIANCES (alarm clocks, hair dryers, curling irons, coffee pots, irons, mixers, can openers)
• PAPER PRODUCTS (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, paper plates, tissues etc...)
• TRASH BAGS (13 gallon preferred)

All donations are tax deductible.  You can deduct $250 for times a year for donations made to The Shelter Inc. Donations can be dropped off at the Lawrenceburg Chamber of Commerce.

Collecting these items can be a community service project for your school group, church group, or civic organization. The Shelter Inc. recogonizes these organizations with a certificate, and will publicly acknowledge their donation and express appreciation in the local newspaper.

Your group might choose to adopt The Shelter and make regular in-kind donations. Donations can be made monthly, quarterly, or annualy. These regular donations prevent us from running out of much needed items and are tremendously appreciated by the victims we serve.
